Hotels in this amazing and diverse region attract different segments, either leisure or business. They belong to different brands such as Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Doubletree or Embassy but, there is something in common between these hotels. All of them deliver excellent Service 24/7, and, we feel good about it. If our guests are satisfied, we feel good. If a guest smiles, we feel good. When a guest comes back, we feel good and, we feel even better when we recognize those that made it possible to feel good.
How we accomplish this? Through WOW experiences, like the ones posted on this Blog. Team Members make it possible for guests to feel home when they are at our hotels. Team Members have left a mark in guests that have become part of our family.
It is not just delivering a personalized service what makes Service 24/7; it is a combination of things like friendship, empathy, understanding, care, kindness, and responsibility, among others. Service is sharing moments and details with people you wish to see again. Service means helping the guests to have a great experience so that they remember the team and the hotel when they come back for that special moment and the extra mille they once received during their first stay.
