Rothney did something very special for a guest who had bought a bikini but realized when he got to the hotel that the security tag was still attached to it.
After his shift he went on his off time to the swimsuite shop in the city, with the receipt that the guest gave him, where the guest brought the bikini so they could remove the security tag off. After an our he went personally to the guest, that was relaxing at the beach, with the bikini without the security tag.
The guest apreciate it a lot and thank him for the outstanding service.
