Hidden Treasure

One of the main reasons I decided to book at the Hilton Curacao was all the wonderful reviews I read in trip advisor . So, just after recently returning from my trip with my family, I´m writing my personal review. As a frequent traveler to many parts of the world, is the first time I feel doing so:





Being one of the biggest Hotel in the island, we always felt as being at home, and that is thanks to the unbelievable wonderful and friendly staff that works there ( specially the native and latin staff ). From the very beggining, starting with Ms. CUTIE THOMAS, who helped us a lot in our reservation and booking through the telephone from Venezuela, due to problems with credit cards in our country, she managed very well helping us. Then, at our arrival, an angel named CAROL at the front desk, spent a lot of time with our reservation, again due to the same problem, finally with total success, she was very, very kind and lovely, with the assistance of another angel named KAREN.Then, RANDOLPH, as the bell boy who inmediately become my kid´s pal until the last day ! He always gave us tips, and recommendations, as an island native. Thanks to him, my kids and us ate creole food, as fish with funche at Awa di Playa, a local eatery, next to the Hotel, coming more near to local people. What can we say of the also wonderful DAINARA ?? She was always handy to help us with the kids menu, always eager to spoil them with what they liked and eating where they wanted, she had solutions for everything !! Then, we also recall MELVIN, at the barbecue, having sport talks with my 3 kids, and giving us a taste of what he was cooking in the grill, MARIA at the executive lounge, a very special person and very caring with my kids,ROMERO, the very helpful waiter at AQUA, KAREEN teaching us how to use the gym equipments, GIOWENDLTY at the beach bar, and the lady and gentleman driving the shuttle to PUNDA were also very, very special , giving us daily tips in our visits in Punda. Now, to end this review, I want to thank very specially and from the bottom of our entire family hearts , a wonderful human being that is the heart of the Hotel, KIMBERLY RICHARDSON, as the journey Ambassador, She never had a rest to attend us . There is no words to express how well she treated us and all of the guests at the Hotel. We want to congratulate the General Manager, who keeps all this people so happy to treat guests so nice, all of them do their daily labor with a big smile on their faces, letting us know they are very happy doing their job at the Hilton Curacao. The staff is the hidden treasure of the Hotel.  Congratulations to all and thanks for a lovely stay in our 21st wedding anniversary !!
