"My wife and I work extreme hours throughout the year and truly value our time off (as limited as it is). My family and I take one major vacation each year and for the past 7 or 8 years we have chosen your resort to spend quality time with our family. I cannot remember how we chose the Cancun Hilton originally (it had to do with Hilton Honors points), I do know why we continued to come back.
The Hilton Cancun Family made my family feel like we were at our home in paradise. Olga Medina is an awesome example of how your family has made us feel like royalty in paradise. My children always asks Olga gonna be there before we come to paradise. I am amazed at how the Hilton Cancun retains so much of their family. I travel quite a bit and there are very few hotels where I recognize the staff when I return. My family would like to recognize William, the big guy with an even bigger heart, my children. My children grew up with him on our family vacations. William definitely has made us feel at home. Robert, he is the comedian of the brunch, he keeps our family laughing. We enjoy Robert, and regretfully we did not see him as much as we would have liked to this time. Javier is always friendly and is always the first to recognize us as returning guest. You have a new member that really made us feel at home. Paola, she reminds me of a young Olga, extremely personable, polite, very good English, and professional. I apologize foe the long message, I usually do not fill out the comment card. I really feel passionate about your resort and the family that supports it. Olga Medina is the gold standard for customer service; I truly wish I had someone with close to her abilities working with me."
