My wife and I would like to let you know that from the moment we walked into the lobby at The Condado Lagoon Villas at Caribe Hilton we were treated like royalty. Every one we had contact with on the property was very friendly and cordial. One person stood head and shoulders above the rest of the front desk staff. Her name was Alexandra.
She provided prompt and professional service with a great smile and a genuine attitude of caring for us as well as with other guests that we were able to observe. She directed us to great spots to sight see and also to eat off the property. She was also very calming and helpful on the day of our check out when a fire broke out in the basement of the property and assisted in letting us check out late due to the fire. This trip was our first to Puerto Rico but will definitely not be our last thanks to such a great stay and excellent service. Please pass this information on to the appropriate management and publicly recognize Alexandra and her co-workers for exceeding our expectations!
